En esta oportunidad, los Teen Choice Awards 2011 reunió a estrellas como: Kim Kardashian, Demi Lovato, Selena Gomez, Justin Bieber, Taylor Swift, Joe Jonas, Ashley Greene, Shay Mitchell, Ashley Benson, Sean Kingston y Jason Derulo, entre muchas otras aunque lo más importante de la noche son los ganadores.
Taylor Swift se llevó a casa el trofeo más importante de la noche y Demi Lovato consiguió ser la estrella que inspira a los jóvenes al llevarse el Acuvue Inspire Award qe fue entregado por primera vez en la edición de este año.
